Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

You can place an order directly through our website anytime.
You’re also welcome to give us a call, send us a message, or pop into our Bargo store during opening hours, we’re always happy to help!

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, get in touch with us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

How long does it take to process my order?

We pack and dispatch orders daily from Bargo, NSW.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and public holidays).Once your parcel leaves us, delivery time is in the hands of Australia Post.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • All major credit & debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Afterpay
  • PayPal
  • Cash (in-store only)

Do you offer git cards?

Yes! Our gift cards are delivered by email and can be used both online and in-store - perfect if you’re not sure what to choose

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship Australia-wide.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes - we offer free shipping on orders over $150 Australia-wide

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items.

How do I make a return or exchnage?

If you need to return or exchange an item, get in touch with us and we’ll guide you through the process.

My parcel hasn't arrived - what should I do?

If your parcel is delayed, we recommend checking your tracking link first.
If it’s outside the expected timeframe, you can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post or reach out to us and we’ll help where we can.

What brands do you stock?

We stock a range of trusted western brands including Wrangler, Ariat, Thomas Cook and more - plus our own Rustin’ Ranch pieces.

After something specific?

We’ve got you.

If there’s a particular item or brand you’re after, or we’re out of your size, get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to order it in for you.

We’re always happy to help you find the right piece - even if it means bringing it in specially. Please note that a small deposit may be required for special orders.

I received the wrong or faulty item

We’re so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible and we’ll get it sorted for you quickly.
