This website is operated by Rustin’ Ranch Clothing Co. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the Rustin’ Ranch team—Danielle, Megan, and Bruce.   • Supplier Photos: To provide the best representation of our partner brands, we utilize official product photography provided directly by our suppliers (including Wrangler, Ariat, and Thomas Cook).

  • Rustin’ Ranch Originals: For our own branded apparel and unique ranch gear, the photos are taken by our team right here at the shop.

  • Accuracy: While we strive for perfection, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. Please note that colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings and lighting.

PRICING & PAYMENTS

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to modify pricing or update our collection at any time. We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments, Afterpay, and other available methods displayed at checkout.

ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. This may occur if an item is unexpectedly out of stock or if there is an error in pricing. If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued immediately.

SHIPPING FROM BARGO

Every order is hand-packed and dispatched from our store in Bargo, NSW, via Australia Post. While we aim for fast dispatch to get your gear to the ranch promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or transit issues once the package has left our care.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your gear. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on how to handle exchanges, sizing issues, and return eligibility.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Rustin’ Ranch Clothing Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website.
