We are a family-owned business and take pride in packing every order with genuine country care from our store in Bargo, NSW. By placing an order with Rustin’ Ranch Clothing Co. (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), you agree to the following shipping terms.

🚚 Shipping Rates
FREE Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all Australian orders over $150.
Standard Flat Rate: $14.95 for most apparel and accessories.
Bulky Item Rate: $24.95 (includes boots and oversized items).
Western Hat Rate: $34.95 for non-crushable hats.
Note: This covers specialized, reinforced packaging to protect your hat's shape. If your total order exceeds $150, shipping is still FREE.

📦 Dispatch & Delivery
Carrier: We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
Schedule: Orders are processed Monday – Friday. We do not dispatch on weekends or public holidays.
Speed: Most orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day.
Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order is lodged.
Timeframes: Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days. These are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary during peak periods.

🔒 Important Terms & Insurance
Address Accuracy: Please verify your delivery details at checkout. Any costs for redelivery or "return to sender" fees due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.
Insurance: Standard shipping does not include insurance. Rustin’ Ranch Clothing Co. is not liable for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been accepted by Australia Post.
Claims: For any delivery disputes, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.
